Developed a comprehensive social media content strategy for Mary Kay that increased authentic engagement and strengthened brand identity. The project focused on creating scroll-stopping content that emotionally resonated with Independent Beauty Consultants (IBCs) and their customers while spotlighting the people and values behind the brand. By integrating Mary Kay’s key messages with social holidays across Q3 and Q4, the work elevated brand awareness and positioned IBCs as trusted beauty advisors. Collaboration with Corporate Communications ensured message consistency and year-round touchpoints that supported both community building and product sales.
